Senior Change Management Specialist

Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Advisor to join the transformation team. The transformation program is responsible for orchestrating a change in operating model, developing and implementing new ways of working and culture, and implementing technologies that enable our client’s technological transformation. You will contribute to the delivery of all change management activities related to the transformation agenda, including change visions, impact assessments, change readiness for stakeholders, change risk management and communications.

In this role, you’ll be part of a globally distributed team that drives change in the way we work and helps develop the culture and mindset to succeed in a complex technical environment. You will work with the Program Change Manager located in Australia. Working on different time zones, time flexibility is required. In addition, this is a mostly on site opportunity with two locations options : downtown Montreal or Jonquière, in Saguenay.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

– Develop and conduct all artifacts related to change and stages of change, from preparation to maintaining change;
– Build and implement visions of change, the role of change in the Agile charter, measures and monitor them throughout the program defined for Agile teams;
– Develop and implement detailed impact assessments that are supported by action plans;
– Develop and implement plans including communication, engagement, stakeholders, training and coaching;
– Contribute to the execution of transformation strategies;
– Contribute to the execution of internal and external communication strategies by supporting our communication specialists;
– Join the meetings taking place in different time zones.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

– A minimum of 10 years of experience in change management in strategic programmes;
– 1st cycle university degree in a relevant field;
– Proven experience in implementing complex organizational change and cultural adoption programs;
– Active professional membership with a recognized professional body;
– Understanding of agile frameworks and change management for the implementation of working methods within a technology function;
– Fluency in spoken and written French and English is required.
